CD-3000 MORTAR
CD-3000 Mortar is a chemically hardened mortar developed specifically for resistance to strong chlorine dioxide solutions. It has been used with much success in the Pulp & Paper Industry in Bleach Towers.
CD-3000 can be used in new construction or to repoint existing masonry linings where the mortar joints have receded due to chemical attack. In addition to exhibiting exceptional resistance to chlorine dioxide, the mortar provides excellent resistance to a wide variety of chemicals found in the Pulp and Paper Industry. CD-3000 is not designed for caustic service or for process liquids with a high pH value.
The liquid portion of STEBBINS CD-3000 Mortar can also be used with fiberglass in laminating or lining applications and can be used as a pumping fluid to fill voids in hard to reach areas.
